Lightweight, eco-friendly fabric stage backdrop is great for high end, non-glare and close-up interior applications where color and drape are important. Our special polyester fabric is the most professional and wrinkle resistant of all backdrop materials.

We guarantee our backdrop prints is top quality, that will be achieved by using top material as below:

Material  — 305gsm wrinkle resistant polyester knitted fabric. Washable, ironable, fold-able, good for repeated use, fully recyclable.Matt finish. Non reflective under flash lamp.  Hem finished with pockets or eyelets. SEAMLESS UP TO 3.0m/10ft wide.

Flame retardant — DIN 4102 B-1 class FIRE Retardant certified.

Ink:  We use Inktec ink, the world standard dye sublimation ink. The highest level of waterproof, scratch-resistant, anti-oxidation, the highest level of light fastness : Grade 5-7. This allows your graphics to look vivid for years outdoor without fading. Our reds print bright, and our blacks print dark.

Printing: Dye sublimation printing. The dye-sublimation ink run through a heat calendar which, at 400 degree Fahrenheit temperature, causes the ink to convert to a gas. Thus, through a chemical reaction, the gas actually becomes part of the fabric!  No cracking or scratching, no matter how tight you fold up the backdrop.

Knowledge:    Difference between Dye-Sublimated Printing vs. Solvent Digital Printing

Solvent digital printed fabric: the ink sits on the surface coating of the fabric and most colors tend to appear muddy or muted in their vibrancy. Cracking in the ink is sometimes unavoidable. The heavy ink coverage can often cause the ink to scratch when folded too tightly. But with dye-sublimation inks the fabric is run through a heat calendar which, at 400 degree Fahrenheit temperature, causes the ink to convert to a gas. Thus, through a chemical reaction, the gas actually becomes part of the fabric!

Dye sublimated backdrops can be washed, steam cleaned or ironed. You do not have to use a coated fabric. Our state-of-the-art dye-sub printing process delivers crisp consistent colors and high resolution reproduction for clear sharp images and text at almost any distance.

Our stage backdrop can be used from one event to the next and year-round. It is weather resistant and has UV inhibitors to increase fade resistance from the sun’s bright rays. All backdrops can also be produced with reinforced corners, rope, webbing, grommet, hem, snap hooks, etc., to fit any installation.

Single-color or full-color, it’s all the same to us but remember: There is no surcharge for full-color printing, so don’t be shy with colors and graphics. Also, as each banner, etc. is individually printed, they can all be the same or each printed different for the same price per square foot, so long as you provide the appropriate print-ready art files.
