Teardrop Flag Specifications

Our special textile flags are printed using a dye-sublimation process that transfers full color images to fabric with intense heat. The flags can print any photos, logos, images or texts that you like. They are also very lightweight and easy to carry on campaign, protest and sporting events.

 

We guarantee our flag prints is top quality, that will be achieved by using top material as below:

 

Material  — 110gsm wrinkle resistant polyester knitted fabric. Washable, ironable, fold-able, good for repeated use, fully recyclable.

 

Ink:  We use Epson Ultra Chrome DS ink, the world standard dye sublimation ink. The highest level of waterproof, scratch-resistant, anti-oxidation, the highest level of light fastness : Grade 5-7. This allows your graphics to look vivid for years without fading. Our reds print bright, and our blacks print dark.Unfortunately, we’ve seen some of our competitors’ cheap flag fade in 3 months.

 

Printing: Dye sublimation printing. Two options or printing as below.

 

Option 1 : Dye sublimation Single sided printing:

– Banner printed on one side, but the image is printed through to the back side.

– Design reads correctly on the front and in reverse on the back.

 

Option 2 : Dye sublimation Double sides printing:

– Banner printed on both sides fabric with one blockout layer in between.

– Design reads same on both front and back side.
